Thank you for registering for an exhibit booth at the 2022 TASA Midwinter Conference! To ensure that we can make final preparations to host your company as an exhibitor, please provide the requested information by the following deadlines. To do so, you must log into TASA's Member Services Center to access your company's Booth Description and Badge Assignments page. You may need to click on the link after you've logged in to access the page.
Deadline: 5 p.m., Thursday, December 9
Booth Description: So that your booth can be listed in the conference mobile app, please provide a short description (approx. 80 characters) of the services or products your company offers. When the app has been made public, you will have the opportunity to expand your description and upload additional information.
Deadline: 5 p.m., Monday, January 3
Badge Assignments: No one will be allowed to enter the exhibit floor without a badge, so please provide the names of the individuals from your company's contact list who will need badges for the Midwinter Conference. Exhibitors who do not submit their names by the deadline will have to wait in a potentially long line before setting up their booths.
Deadline: 5 p.m., Monday, January 3 Exhibitors presenting, preparing, or providing food to show attendees must obtain a temporary food service permit. The City of Austin requires the permit be obtained through TASA (who is the event organizer and completes pages 1-3 of the application). As the "Booth Responsible Party" the exhibitor must complete pages 4 and 5 and submit to TASA by January 4, along with a check in the amount of $150. No home-prepared foods are allowed. Access the food permit application. As the show organizer, TASA must submit the application to ATCHHSD. Any applications received after January 3 will be assessed an additional $150 processing fee. We cannot guarantee applications received after January 3 will be processed in time for the conference.
TASA will send you a preliminary conference attendee list the week of December 13. A second, updated list will be sent after online registration closes (January 21). A final list that includes on-site registrations will be sent in mid-February. Our list does not include email addresses. Any solicitation you receive offering an attendee list for this conference is a scam. This list has not been shared with anyone and is not for sale.
You can find your booth location using the search tool in the upper left corner of the online floorplan.
Please ensure your on-site representatives know that your organization has agreed to participate in the entire conference and plan travel accordingly. The loading dock for moving out will not be open until 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 1. Exhibitors who take down their booths prior to the end of the conference at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 1, will be prevented from registering for their exhibit booth in 2023 for the first 30 days sales are open.
